A little more peace of mind

Your story.
Your say.

It’s personal. You should know what’s shared, who can see it, and where it stays.

Connected care.
With you in the conversation.
Who can see my history?

Authorized care teams at connected facilities can see relevant summaries. You manage access through Nova, so your history can help the people caring for you.

Shared with permission.
Does Nova keep my full record?

Your full medical record stays with the facility that created it. Nova keeps short visit summaries and the links that connect your records across facilities.

The essentials, connected.
How do I manage access?

Through the Nova app or a short code on your phone. You can take part even without a smartphone. Your connected hospital helps you get started during registration.

Your phone. Your choice.
What about my children, or someone I care for?

A parent or guardian manages access for a child, and you can choose someone you trust to help manage yours. Decisions made on someone’s behalf are recorded, just like your own.

Consent that fits your family.
What happens in an emergency?

If you can’t give permission, a licensed clinician can open a short emergency view: allergies, blood type, conditions and current medicines. They must give a reason, access ends after 30 minutes, and every use is flagged, audited and shown to you.

Emergency access, never unseen.

A little permission. A clearer picture.

Try opening access for the next care team.
